In den 90er Jahren gründeten einige Geschichtsstudentinnen an der Universität Zürich aus Unzufriedenheit über das fehlende Angebot zur Frauengeschichte eine Historikerinnengruppe mit eigener Zeitschrift. Als Zeitschrift für feministische Anliegen und Geschlechterfragen geht RosaRot heute den Ursprüngen der Frauenemanzipation nach und schlägt den Bogen von der Geschichte der Frauenkämpfe zu den Geschlechterdiskursen.

A Rede Mulheres Vivas (RMV) tem por missão prevenir e intervir na violência sobre as mulheres, como posicionamento político e ideológico. Tendo em vista a natureza da Rede Mulheres Vivas e sua ideologia, pesquisadoras de vários países e instituições discutiram as bases e funcionamento da Rede consubstanciado em texto intitulado "Manifesto da Rede" (em anexo). Nesta perspectiva tem promovido os Seminários da Rede Mulheres vivas, com o objetivo de contribuir para a redução da violência contra as mulheres e dar visibilidade a este grave problema vivenciado ainda nos nossos dias por muitas mulheres. Em 2021, o II Seminário da Rede Mulheres Vivas abriu a possibilidade de outros pesquisadores e pesquisadoras apresentarem trabalhos derivados de pesquisas em andamento ou finalizadas e, nesse sentido, os convidou a participarem do presente livro com suas pesquisas em formato de capítulos. O tema do II Seminário foi "Mulheres em tempos de pandemia" com o objetivo de refletir sobre os problemas vivenciados pelas mulheres considerando a diversidade de gênero, raça/etnia e classe neste grave momento de pandemia, considerado um problema global de saúde pública.

Le roman L'homme ralenti de John M. Coetzee dépeint une relation de care entre Paul Rayment, accidenté et handicapé, et son aide à domicile Marijana. Transformé en terrain d'enquête, ce roman permet alors d'étudier le lien entre care et littérature. Il met également en scène les travailleuses domestiques (nounous, aides-soignantes, aides à domicile), révolutionnant l'ordre symbolique et renversant leur condition d'invisibilité. S'appuyant sur la critique littéraire féministe, et à partir du personnage de la travailleuse de care, l'auteure envisage la déconstruction de la notion d'héroïsme, proposant celle d'« héroïnisme ». Cette étude vise à convaincre lectrices et lecteurs de l'importance d'intégrer les problématiques contemporaines du care dans les études littéraires et de l'utilité de remettre en cause, de façon critique, la distinction souvent faite entre « fiction » et « réalité ». Docteure en études de genre et littératures comparées, Laura Marzi est critique littéraire, écrivaine et traductrice. Active dans le milieu des féminismes italiens et dans la presse, elle a publié plusieurs articles scientifiques et traductions. John M. Coetzee's novel "Slow Man" depicts a care relationship between Paul Rayment, an accident victim with a disability, and his home helper Marijana. Transformed into a field investigation, this novel allows us to study the link between care and literature. It also features domestic workers (nannies, care assistants, home helpers), revolutionising the symbolic order and overturning their invisible status. Drawing on feminist literary criticism, and based on the character of the care worker, the author considers the deconstruction of the notion of heroism, by proposing instead the notion of "heroinism". This study aims to convince readers of the importance of integrating contemporary care issues into literary studies and of the usefulness of critically questioning the distinction often made between "fiction" and "reality".

Vielen Menschen nutzen täglich Pornographie. Doch was erregt, erregt auch Anstoß - aktuell vor allem im Rahmen zweier Debatten: der sogenannten Pornographisierung der Gesellschaft und der Popularisierung von alternativen Pornographien. Nathan Schocher zeigt, dass diese Debatten in einem transgressiven Charakter der Pornographie wurzeln. In der Auseinandersetzung mit den philosophischen Konzepten von Foucault und Bataille sowie feministischer Pornographie-Kritik von Butler und Preciado entwickelt er ein Instrumentarium, mit dem sich ein differenziertes Bild des transgressiven Charakters der Pornographie zeichnen lässt.
